Metal Cutting Saws
Portable metal cutting saws are becoming increasingly popular at job sites and metalworking shops. Portability allows for efficient cutting without the need to travel back and forth to a stationary saw. Efficiency over tradional methods is greatly increased - these blades cut 5 times faster than a traditional cutting disc.
The precision of a metal cutting circular saw results in a smooth, clean cut with low sparks and dust, making secondary grinding operations obsolete.
When a circular saw cuts threaded rod without a cleanup operation, the nut can be threaded directly after the cut is made. Also, when cutting plate or angle iron, a circular saw leaves little burr. Cooling time is eliminated because parts are cool enough to touch, allowing the operator to continue working.

CERMET Tipped blades are made with a special Ceramic-Metal mixture that resists heat which can shorten the life of traditional carbide-tipped blades.
CERMET teeth are a combination of high grade ceramic and metal.
CERMET lasts 2X longer than standard cabide tips.
Fast, virtually burr free cuts and leaves material cool to the touch. Last 25x Longer than Abrasive Cutting Discs, Costs 3x Less, Cuts 5x Faster. For 2" x 2" x1/4" section of angle iron, a cermet blade will cut through completely in 2.4 seconds with a clean finish. A traditional abrasive blade will take approximately 12 seconds.
