Rebar prices in Puerto Rico are continuing to fall. As prices continuing to drop, cost averaging down any held inventory by purchasing at today's lower prices can be an effective strategy. Around the world, resources are continuing to shut down projects and even operations. When demand picks back up, we expect a supply pinch and subsequent rise of prices. Governments are beginning to create public works projects to create employment and this support should help the commodities markets as well. Current price levels we are seeing are near $24.00 CWT and even lower are available. Providing us with a specification will allow us to find the best price from our sources around the world - it is truly a buyers market now and all firm bids will be considered.
